Licenses for the Reproduction of images and or text are sold for a specific usage within an agreed geographical area and for a specified period. Our pricing for image usage depends on the type of usage required, and we believe are competitively priced. Just use the drop down menu's to get a quote for the license you require.

In this digital era, steeling, copying, downloading and using images without giving thought to what it is your actually doing is no defence, The rights of the author and or, copyright law will be pursued should any image have been found to be used illegally. Please be mindful of the law, not to mention of course the cost of getting such images in both financial terms, and the time, skill and effort required.
To make viewing our images a more pleasurable experience, none of our images have watermarks, however all of the images are now Alert/tagged and we are informed of any image that has been used.
Files on this site are all highest quality JPEGS and are ample for most uses, however should you require full size Tiff's, or any other format then please contact us and we will download your desired format directly to you at no extra cost.

All clients should be familiar with our terms and conditions both prior to and upon receipt of their images, before you accept a quote and engage our services.
If needed You The client should seek permission if the request is for private land as the images we capture shouldn’t infringe any rights any land or property owner.
If the request covers private land, highways byways or footpaths the relevant local authority permissions must be sought prior to the appointment.
It is the clients sole responsibility to obtain these permissions in advance of any appointment.
We will ensure the warning indications are in place while we operate our equipment.
Verbal agreement with the client is expected about the areas we are permitted to access in which to carry out the appointment This must be prior to the appointment and the equipment being put in place at site. email and or written confirmation must follow before work can commence.
Due to the nature of the technology and equipment used to carry out mast photography certain elements can cause appointments to be cancelled and re-scheduled. These include but are not limited to:
Weather Conditions such as high winds,
Bad or poor light or The effect of daylight and or the sun in relation to available photographic positions
Site Accessibility and or overhead cables.
In the event of any condition out of our control that effects an appointment we will endeavour to re-scheduled the appointment in acceptable time to you the client. How ever extra charges may apply.
